Background
The CRITFC Accord Administration Project is a new project that was carved out of the CRITFC Accord projects and consolidates administrative, coordination and outreach functions of the Accord funded projects. This support is necessary both at the individual project level as well as a group level for all the CRITFC projects. As such, each project has contributed a portion of their budget to this project to allow for coordinated support and for ease in billing (verses trying to bill to multiple individual projects).
Project Tasks
- Coordination and administration of projects and their contracts
- Managerial oversight and input into projects
- Technical support in the form of technical writing assistance
- Outreach and education on individual projects and Accord efforts as a whole
- Assistance in tracking project implementation and biological benefits
