Seafood HACCP Refresher

The CRITFC Salmon Marketing Program is holding a seafood HACCP refresher. The workshop will also go over the new FDA Food Safety Modernization Act guidance requirements.

  • Date: Friday, April 6, 2018
  • Time: 9am to 5pm
  • Location: Lyle Lions Club Community Center, 503 Lewis and Clark Hwy, Lyle, WA
  • A light breakfast and lunch will be provided for participants.
  • NOTE: Since this is a refresher course, it is for individuals who have previously taken a CRITFC HACCP course
