The Columbia River Salmon Fishing Case. Originally filed as Sohappy
v. Smith, United States v. Oregon has been under the continuing
jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon since
1968 – longer than any other case in the history of the District.
Over the years the parties have negotiated numerous management agreements
under judicial oversight. Conference speakers include individuals with years
of history in this case, including three federal judges. This conference
is approved by the Oregon State Bar for 10 General and 3.5 Access to Justice
(Diversity) MCLE credits. CLE
