The Spirit of the Salmon Plan is broken up into to volumes. Volume 1 contains the principles and concepts that make up the plan, as well as goals and objectives. Volume 2 contains specific recommendations for each subbasin in the Columbia River basin.

The salmon creates a bond between ourselves and our ancestors. The salmon was a big part of their lives and the salmon should be an important component of our lives. I think it is important to restore salmon to a lot of the streams where they formerly lived.
