The Plaintiffs have requested that the court enter a preliminary injunction against the Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Reclamation, and National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Their request would direct the government to operate the Federal COlumbia River Power System (FCRPS) so as to improve survival of listed salmon stocks while NMFS prepares a new biological opinion that cures the defects of its 2004 Biological Opinion on the Operations of the FCRPS.
