Vendor's information

There is limited space for food and arts & crafts vendors. Both space for free standing booths and a tented space are available, as well as electricity and sanitation/water facilities. If you are interested in setting up a vending booth at this event, please download the vendor application form below and fax it to the number listed.

The price for a food booth is $100 and an arts & crafts booth is $35.

Vendor form

The presenter or group (Vendor) enters into the following agreement with the Celilo Wy-am (Wy-am):
i. The Vendor agrees to set up his/her vending station, described above, as early as Friday, March 9, 2007 and no later than 10:00 am, Saturday, March 10, 2007 and be on site until 6:00 pm, Sunday, March 11, 2007.
ii. Vendor agrees to pay Wy-am $100 for Food Vending booth fee or $35 for Arts & Crafts Vending booth fee, submitted with this application. If Vendor is unable to set up his/her booth for the event, this fee will be forfeited.
iii. Food vendors with food handling cards are required to have them in their possession during hours of operation.
iv. The parties to this agreement agree that Vendor is an independent contractor with respect to Wy-am.
v. Vendor warrants and agrees that it is not an agent of Wy-am and that it will not at any time represent to any person that it is an agent of Wy-am or that it has any authority to represent or bind Wy-am in any manner.
vi. Wy-am does not assume any liability to third persons, nor will Wy-am reimburse the Vendor for its liability to third persons, with respect to any intentional or negligent act or omission of the Vendor, or any employee of the Vendor, in the performance of this contract. Vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold Wy-am harmless against all claims, suits, and actions arising from any intentional or negligent act or omission of the Vendor or Vendor’s employee in the performance of this agreement.
vii. Vendor waives any rights to recovery from Wy-am for any injury that Vendor or Vendor’s associates sustains while performing services under this agreement that is not the result of an intentional or negligent act or omission of Wy-am or Wy-am’s employee(s).
viii. In the event that either party needs to enforce any provision of this agreement through civil action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
ix. Wy-am will not provide funds for hardship travel assistance
x. Wy-am makes not guarantee of event attendance, nor will the vending fee be returned in the event of low attendance.
